That is why I am boldly asking a favor of you. I could demand it in the name of Christ because it is the right thing for you to do. But because of our love, I prefer simply to ask you. Consider this as a request from me--Paul, an old man and now also a prisoner for the sake of Christ Jesus. (NLT) ( Philemon 1:8 )

From one Christian speaking to another, we do have the right to demand someone to not sin. However, Paul is a very wise man. He realizes that no one likes being told what to do. Instead, Paul relied on the relationship and presented his friend with a request. Recognize that demands are often met with resistance and do little to change behavior. Try asking for a favor rather than asking someone to submit to rules.

If you ask someone close to you to watch your baby from 7am-6pm and sometimes a little later for two months Monday-Friday for 200 dollars a month until her daycare kicks in(^__^)(^__^) question is are u doing them a favor or are they doing u a favor?? personally I feel that person is doing you a favor that's taking care of the kid! but I could be wrong (*˘︶˘*) what do y'all think?
