Yes I went thru that when I first got I it a few years ago. I got lucky though and after a few weeks it's stopped and didn't have a period for almost 3 years.

I loved the depo shot. I guess everyone is different though. I loved not having a period and I never had any weight gain or any other side effects besides bleeding for awhile after the first shot.

Yes go ask your doctor to give you the 30 day sample of birth control pills. I swear they stop it after like a week or so , I just went through that . I get off of the shot the 10th & I can't wait !!
