I get that cramping too usually when I stand from laying down

sounds like baby is moving down further so when you sit she probably moves around

i do feel like that but i can sit down with nopressure but as soonas i start peeing i get a pressure a very hard one!

I'm 32 weeks 1 day and I feel like my bladder isn't emptying all the way when I pee
