I've been in false labor 9 days now contractions are 3 minutes apart and lots of cramping to the point I can't breathe

I hope he gets it together.. I had bad b hicks 5 days straight before I had my son.. can I imagine 10 minutes apart for 5 days...I walked like crazy on the 6th say and was 8 cm when I got to the hospital
