and wic out here in Sacramento don't give you formula for the first 3 to 6 weeks cuz they wanna encourage breastfeeding

my hospital only let's u take the diapers wipes and nose bulb and all your lil pads and wipes they wouldn't let me have no formula so I kept sneaking some during my stay lol and I stole hella lil baby blankets

They won't give you formula until you have the baby. @kartersmommy

yeah i have another apt tomorrow but idk when im gona get that check for formula bc they give u three mos worth of checks but im due October@mommyofkaiden

They usually give the premixed formula bottles, so whatever you have of that in your room then you can take.. So you get WIC? @kartersmommy

We could take everything except blankets, they said it was a safety measure.

My nurse literally told me to just take everything. I had diapers, wipes, blankets, pads, undies, medicine for myself, pads to put on baby's bed, nose bulb. Some other things as well.

I got lots of diapers and wipes, undies and baby shirts! And tons of burp cloth things. But I got lucky I think. My nurse was amazing! But you can usually ask and they'll gladly give 😀
