Need opinions:
Okay so I no longer have a car, and my boyfriend will not let me drive his because it's in his dad's name and I'm not on the insurance. I have asked them to put me on the insurance and they won't. Am I the only one who thinks it's shitty that I am having his baby but not allowed to drive his car? I am just stuck alone all day while everyone is at work. I can't even work or finish school because I have no way to get to and from where I need to go.

I think it's kinda shitty your bf is still on his parents insurance. I probably wouldn't put my son's girlfriends on my insurance either just as a precaution. I can understand how that's annoying, but if your bf is on his parents insurance still, they're the ones who decide on that stuff. Have you offered to help pay for insurance, gas & car maintenance?

Make him take you everywhere you need to go he will eventually get tired of always having to drive you around and then let you drive, its not fair you can't finish school or even work because of that he should trust you enough to know that you are a safe driver and your responsible person.

The thing is I was the only one working up until I was 6 months pregnant and was the one paying for his gas, insurance, etc. Then I got really sick and my Dr. said I didn't need to be on my feet anymore so I quit working and he finally got a job. But it's not like I'm just some random girlfriend we're having a baby together, and I need a way to get around to Dr. appointments and such.. @kimberlyyyy

He is constantly complaining because he has to drive me around and says I need a car but I can't buy a car because I can't work anymore until after I have the baby, and when I was working he wasn't and all my money went towards helping support him and buying my daughter stuff.. @faybaby89

Tell him how you feel, at some point you where paying for everything including the insurance they don't want to put you on , you should be able to drive the car. don't accept the bs that he doing be verbal about how you feel your having his baby you should be treated better then that.

@addysmommy, I think that's some straight up shit, if they are fine with you being in the car they should at least insure you since you are carrying their grandchild , to be honest I'm on my dads insurance and so is my boyfriend we've been together for 4 years and we pay half and we bought our own car this year so I don't see it as a problem
