Ughhh I hope I get my period soon! 2 months postpartum and still no period plus I'm super emotional and I am getting heartburn over everything right now and I'm so tired lately I can't keep my eyes open for anything. I swear I'll cry if I'm pregnant again....please tell me Its the beginning of my period

no I'm not. I'm hoping my body is taking some time with it getting back to normal

I had heartburn super bad too starting at two wks pp. And I'd only had two mild cases during pregnancy. It isn't necessarily an indicator of pregnancy. My daughter is now 1 and I'm not pregnant, but struggled with heartburn for months. I also didn't have a period until she was 10mo. Don't worry too much mama, it sounds like what's going on is just normal for having a baby recently :)
