I use haymax @sara87 I got it from boots it's drug free and you put it round your nostrils, it catches the pollen before it gets up your nose so stops you sneezing. I'd give it a go if your struggling, I got recommended it and have used it ever since

iv been suffering bad hay fever so unbarerable sick of sneezing got aching belly 😢. can't take any thing for it
