helpppppp 😩 so im having sharp burning pain in my back not the bottom its more towards the top its not to painful but its really annoying whats going on?

I hate timing contractions its so hard its either a mix between tighting then gas pain then just pain
I am in pain . BH, back pain, pelvis pain, increase lightning & Heartburn... I havent had heartburn this pregnancy and its so painful... I'm so miserable 😢😢😢

is it normal for your stomach to feel tight at 7 months and to have bad back pain and hip pain I mean it dont last very long but its very painful
my stomach keeps getting really hard, its not like painful. . its happend throughout my pregnancy but now its happening a lot.. what is it
