Did any mama use a humidifier for the baby ? Does it work ?

I use a cool mist one and I only use when baby is sick my son has only been sick once he's gonna be 4months when he has a bad cough or congested!

U just plug it up and it keeps the air clean ... It helps the breathing and helps them sleep...
