@kippy16, - I understand your paranoia as I still am til today. The only thing that gives me comfort is this affordable heart Doppler. It's about $40 on ebay or amazon (free shipping). I have had several miscarriages.. last one was in March of this year. This Doppler is a God send... I was able to find our lil chicken fry's heart beat at 9 weeks and 3 days!

No just very nervous it's my first baby so I'm scared I'm going to miscarry

They are called missed miscarriages, I had one my last pregnancy. My baby never had a heartbeat.

I saw the heartbeat and heard the heart beat it's at 133 my first ultrasound
