Ugh. My sister only refers to my hubby as my baby daddy.
I hate it. No offense to anyone who is OK with that term. But it's always been a term used for deadbeats here. So it comes off negative to me. And my hubby is supportive and always around. We have never split. Never had serious issues. In fact we would be married already if things had worked our way.
I just think it's disrespectful to him

Me too. He's not just my baby daddy! he's my husband and her father.
I don't call my dad my mom's baby daddy he's just my dad. It drives me nuts that she doesn't get that @ckatx3

Yes that term is ghetto . I use the term Significant Other cause me & my partner aren't married yet . 😏

I used significant other for a long time too I think that's a way better way to word it.
I just use hubby now since we had planned and had to reschedule our wedding I feel like I got used to the term lol @elenaj

Maybe. I try to give her some benefit of the doubt but usually she calls him by his name and only seems to use baby daddy when she's unhappy like she knows it bugs me @mrsalston

@bbyenolan22, maybe that's her way of getting to you... I wouldn't let it bother me if I was you especially since she only refers to him as such when she's mad😉😉

Yeah I try not to. plus and I don't mean it offensively to her but she's just a ghetto person. She likes it that way. So I think maybe it's just not offensive to her @mrsalston
