Does corset training really work? And what is a good weight loss pill?

the best thing that helps with weight loss are veggies, preferably juicing. I lost 80 lbs. naturally it took me close to a year, but almost all my stretch marks were gone and I felt like I was on top of the world. it felt amazing and can't wait to do.it again. u slowly incorporate healthy foods into your diet without having the need to STOP eating anything, your body will slowly start craving healthy food, it's mind blowing :)

and yes, corset trading works!

personally I'd put some lotion on my tummy and wrap it with the plastic wrap, it helped tone up my tummy and take stretchies away, then I was gonna start the corset but got preggers lol, my sister's have done it. works wonders
