Usually just check the c section scar make sure it's not infected and mainly just ask questions and some ob's will do another pap or just check your cervix to make sure everything went back down to normal.
with me they checked my scar, asked questions about how I was feeling, talked about post pardum depression and if I had it, I asked about starting to work out again, when i could have my next baby, and was asked about birth control. it was all quick ☺

Oh and they will discuss birth control with you but usually that's about all it consist of
