@karendiaz573,  I thought about that I wasn't sure thou. mostly because this problem has just started in the past 2 months, and the side effects and literally immediately, and after 10 min of cramps I feel fine, and it's only in the morning. <- that's the weirdest part.

with the hormonal changes you might be having lactose intolerance, you should try drinking lactaid.
