so tomorrow imma get a nucchal test ultrasound. but i also need to go to my psyh appt and that means leaving my kids all day at inlaws...and for some reason thats making me feel sad. im thinking im tranfering my fears. well. dunno how imma sleep tonight.dunno even if want to go to therapy...too depressed to feel it wilk help ugh. .hard momment
