I'm just curious when you do a gender revel party do your guest bring gifts ? and do u have food?…

we had desserts since it was a weekday and later in the evening. we had people tally thier guess than ate cake, then did oir reveal outside (we let balloons go out of a box).. pinterest has a ton of ideas!

oh and no one brought gifts. it was just a family and close friend thing

some people just bring diapers or wipes... && yes they have food && games

We had a table for each gender, with pink snacks and blue snacks... and we asked if anyone was going to bring gifts just do diapers and wipes, and instead of a card that they bring bring a book and sign it...

I live in a very small town, so I know for sure I will have two, if not 3... my church will do on, my sister and then at work.... but most people do not consider it to be a shower, so I will would say in most cases you would.... people still want to shower you with gifts!!

yea you can... people do it all the time. but if you do both don't expect gifts at the reveal... just the shower.. like next baby I wanna have a diaper bash .. && the one after that I wanna have gender reveal.. but it's your choice if you wanna have both or not

yea that's what I was thinking like if u have a shower and a revel and expect gifts at both it seems a lil greedy @sexii_diiva

My bestie had a gender reveal and there was food and cake and lots of candy and knick knacks, but no gifts that was two mths ago her shower is next weekend

It's not that you expect gifts, I don't expect a thing and I can assure you I am far from greedy... some of us have bigger families and live in smaller town where more things will be done for the first baby whether you want them done or not...
