So I was leaking a few days ago and was sure it was urine. But now it's happening again and idk. I don't have to pee at all. And I've been laying down when I felt it most recently.
it's not a continuous flow just every so often a trickle comes out. It kinda smelled sweet but I always smell sweet down below? very confused

I just went to the hospital for that the other day. Mine came back negative for it being amniotic fluid. You could just be having watery discharge. Just put a pad on and keep pay attention to how full it gets within and hour or two. But if your worried I would go get checked. Better to be safe than sorry.
