my daughter will be 2 months old next week. is it bad she can still fit into her newborn outfit?

What!!! My daughter is almost 3 weeks old and is growing out of some of her newborn clothes

that's why I'm worried she's so skinny. and very small for her age @littlemissemma6915

what the doc say ? mine was small too they told me she was just gonna be petite im only 5'1 myself. she's 4 months and fits 3m and there's one outfit newborn she still uses.

3-6m is too big on her at the moment.

the doctor said that she's tall but skinny. she grew 4 inches in the first month. at birth she was 18inches at her 1 month appointment she was 22. @ene123

if docs don't seem concern I wouldnt worry much about it. even know I did worry for a while. as long as shes happy. does she cry and fuses a lot ? do you breastfeed?

I don't breastfeed. I couldn't she was in the NICU and no she doesn't but she needed a hip ultrasound and we should get the results soon. the doctor wants her to gain weight. she was 6lbs 15ozs at birth and 8lbs 12ozs at her 1 month. @ene123

wow. see I didn't know that ! I'm sorry. that's a whole different story. but my baby was 7lb and only gained a couple oz at her 1 month appointment. how much weight do they want her to gain ?? baby just decide to grow from one day to another. maybe one day this week you'll wake up she will no longer fit them ! 😂😭
