How did you deal with being so tired in your first trimester. I'm almost 9 weeks and I'm so beat, I don't think my fiance understands because she is always making remarks and they make me feel bad.. Is there something I can do? Thanks in advance.

I don't think there is much you can do... She is just gonna have to accept that at the beginning and end of pregnancy, you are going to be exhausted!

@boymama, Thank you. Her and her brother went swimming and I didn't want to go because I'm exhausted, I texted her I loved her and she said hopefully I don't wake you up when I get back. I was just like uhhh okay..

Hahaha well we been there😂😂 it gets better. Significant others will know the feeling of exhaustion once that baby is born and they are helping haha

Oh god, I was SO exhausted constantly during my first trimester. I was working odd hours too, so that didn't help. I can say that trying to take power naps for like an hour at a time, and then forcing yourself awake for a little while helps. I would let myself sleep in for awhile in the morning, get up and do something (laundry, dishes, cooking, etc.), let myself take a nap for an hour, wake back up, do something else for as long as I could stand being awake, then nap again for another hour, and so on. Also, I noticed that when I was less hydrated or eating saltier foods, I seemed to be more groggy. So keep up with your water! Hope that helps you a little sweetie, but there isn't a whole heck of a lot you can do about being tired 😝 Just gotta work through it and hope your second trimester brings some energy with it!! Best of luck 💛
