@momofroyalty, oh shit see I like cleaned a majority of the house like deep clean and now I have this like cramping in my back its not really going a way it gets intense and then dies down but doesn't go away

it could be back labor I was darling with it 3-4weeks before I went in labor with my last son. and its very painful. no matter what i did, the pain wouldn't leave. just keep an eye on it. if it don't get better by laying down or taking a warm bath then I would call my doctor..

@queenquee, thanks I think that's what I'm gonna do I tried to put on my belly support band but its not helping

drink water, relax, take a warm bath, take a Tylenol see if it help. if not then give your doctor a call
