There is a woman who is a family friend who I follow and she follows me. She is a very devout Christian and I'm an atheist (though I consider myself a lax atheist, I don't talk about it or try to change minds and I'm highly supportive of religion)
Now why I don't have any issue with anyone of any belief I do have serious issues with people who try to shame or be mean to those who have a different faith. It urks me to no end.
Well this woman is always posting horrible statuses about everyone who is not Christian. I'd love to just block her but my mom likes to read her updates so I don't since she only looks at them through my Facebook.
Well today this woman was trying to shame atheists. While I don't agree that's her right and I wasn't gonna say nothing. But she posted a picture and idk if she didn't read where it came from or if she honestly didn't understand or realize what she was posting but it's a picture from an atheist group that is passed around a lot to show how silly Christianity is (not saying I agree with that simply that it's what those groups use it for)
Made my day. I'm definitely not gonna be the one to tell her she posted an anti Christian picture. Serves her right for trying to shame someone.

That's how I am. I don't follow a religion and I just do my thing but I find it funny when people contradict themselves and look like fools when they are trying to be hateful.

Lol! It's funny you post this today. I have to tell you what happened to me yesterday. First off, just letting you know, I think everyone deserves love, whether it be with a man, woman, different race, whatever. What creeps me out is when people are really into relationships with animals and dolls. (personal opinion only). So with the US Supreme Court same sex ban unconstitutional yesterday that was all I saw everywhere. And good for them. I have tons of LGBT friends and family. But I got tired of seeing only that so I posted a news story about the terror attacks and captioned it ," this is also happening today ", as I think the loss of innocent lives is also extremely important especially when it is due to hate. all of a sudden I got 5 personal messages telling me I was a horrible person, hypocrite and that that I was a waste of air because I was not supporting gay rights. lol!! I was blocked by these people and when I posted later about this, my friends and family couldn't believe it. These people that I called friends never knew me. And I think it was kind of funny.
