Day 19: Most precious moment

Definitely any 'first' my boyfriend has experienced with this pregnancy. The first ultrasound, hearing the heartbeat, him feeling where the baby is laying in my belly. Everything. It feels so amazing to see his face light up. I'm so so so happy that I have him in my life and I'm so lucky that our baby will have such an amazing dad ❤️

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

Had my first appointment today ! Of course I was a nervous wreck but I'm happy to say now that baby is good and everything was perfect. On top of my progesterone and my promethazine for my morning/night sickness, I'm now having to take iron as well, so I feel like crap! All my babies have taken my iron in every pregnancy. Anyways, babys heart rate was 166bpm. My due date is february 10th and I'm 8 weeks 1 day! My doctor has me coming back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound. He said it's for my peace of my mind. I'm so thankful for him! Heres a few pictures of baby!
