my ex husband's gf thinks its cute my 7yr old calls her mom. ive already told them once to stop that shit! and she's never in a carseat/booster seat when she's in her car!!! yet she loves her so much to have her call her mom...wtf!? guess ill have to call the cops...im over this shit.

You just have to correct your daughter and tell her you're her mom. And tell her not to get in a car that you're not in a car seat. But yes, I'd keep her from them until they get a car seat for her and start respecting you.
