l love my son so much and I don't want to feel like a bad mom or that I Dont care about his health bc I started to smoke. I haven't started yet. but I don't know how much longer I can Handel it.

Medical professionals agree it's best to not smoke, BUT if you can't quit, breastfeeding and smoking is still preferable to formula feeding. Do what you think is best for you and forget the judgy mcjudgertons...

honestly I did, which is mainly why I quit bf but I'd mainly smoke right after her feeding so nicotine levels would at least go down smoked outside with my hair up changed my shirt washed hands brushed teeth she hasn't had problems she is only 5 months but still
