is a glasss or two of wine okay when breastfeeding? thoughts?

Wine is always ok to drink. When you're pregnant and breastfeeding. But you should search google yo make sure

when I breastfed I pumped enough for the next 2 feedings right after he ate than drank so it gave me 4-5 he's for it to get from my milk

oh okay got it..what if i dont pump and i drink a glass of wine?? do i just wait a few hours or wait till the next day to breastfeed cuz i do give her formula too @wyattsmommy91

I'd give her formula for tonight just to be on the safe side and just breast fed her the morning

my sister drank wine and she pumped that milk and threw it away but she gave the baby formula for that night
