@jmhopp Np I have been having it here lately called the doctor because I was literally in tears one night and he said it's your bodies way of telling you you need to take it easy. No sudden jerking or twisting use your arms and hips for rolling not your stomach and use you arms to sit up not your stomach and when going from laying to sitting to standing do it slowly. Seems to be helping me some but I am having a hard time with the "slowing down" part!
