So, for some strange reason, my roots won't hold color, but the rest of my hair will. I left this neon pink dye on for about an hour, my roots are powder pink, and the rest of my hair is neon. I've dyed it twice. my roots are blonde, and the rest is brownish with blue in it.. you'd think the pink would take better in the blonde rather then brown and blue... hmmmmm. maybe I need to make a trip up to my aunts hair salon and get a conditioning treatment.
