yeah they don't allow vbac where I live so I had to have another c-section. my first I was in pain for about 8 weeks, this time no pain at all and I went home a day and a half after she was born. (she was born at 4:52 pm Monday and I went home at 12 on Wednesday. I had a lot of incision pain during my pregnancy though. but all in all 100?tter experience

yeah , I went in on Sunday May 17 2015 . They wanted to blow my cervix up and they couldn't get the tube into my cervix I was completely shut so they gave me cervidile and a hour later I started having contractions they got to be 2-4 minutes appart 60 seconds long . I dilated to one centimeter and a different Dr wanted to send me home ... I told her no I came her to be induced and have my baby I was already a week over due ... anyways she said fine and gave me more cervadil I was having same type of contractions just got really painful I dilated to 2 this was around Monday night . They gave me some pain meds thru my iv and I finally got some sleep after being up for over 24 hours I only got like two hours of sleep and woke up to painfull contractions they then started the patocin but befor that they had me walk squat walk squat ... anyways at 430am Tuesday I got the epidural because I was in so much pain and so uncomfortable,they told me,if,I dilated to five cm they would break,my water ... Tuesday may 19 830pm they checked my cervix and I was only dialated to 4 cm,my contractions were closer together and I was feeling them and they were painful even with the epidural . they told me they thought it was best to do a c section and called in the or team .... they prepped me for surgery at 10pm and they started at 10:10 she was stuck in my birth canal and it hurt extremely,bad when they were getting her out it felt like she was ripping my vagina out with her . I teared up .... she was born at 10:26 pm. when I got back to the recovery room my blood pressure dropped to 80/ 50 and my heart rate went down the only thing I,remember was them asking if I was feeling okay and seeing a. bunch of people . My mom told me that there were dour nurses the doctor that delivers my,baby two different anesthesiologist . They gave me more pain meds and fluids and my,heart rate went up how ever my blood pressure didn't for a few days , I felt so sick and I didn't want pain meds and they kept talking me into them . I got to,go home Friday and I felt a little better but I was so sore and my staples itched so bad and I wanted to rip them out .I ended up,going to after hours because I was peeling bloody urine and blood clots they gave me an antibiotic and they asked to check my incision while I was there two of my staples had fallen out but they Wernt worried about it ... I got an infection while taking antibiotics . I went to my obgyn and they gave me different antibiotics my infection,has cleared up but I am so sore still and my back hurts so bad from the epidural ans it's almost been six weeks.... It was so scary and I can't believe I went thru all of that ... reminds me of how strong one person can be . I am just so terrified to ever go thru with it again ... now,I,would have to go with a planned c section if I ever got pregnant again . @emilyyy96___

I was a lot more nervous for my second cause I thought it was going to be the same horrible experience. but I had a different surgeon and team and they did so well! I also got glue and tape instead of stitches this time and my incision looks awesome!

Thank god I had a good csection and this is my first baby.

We're you more nervous for the second c section or more prepared because you knew how the surgery and delivery would go . Thank you for sharing your story . @emilyyy96___

my first experience was so incredibly horrible. from them forgetting my placenta, internal and external infections, etc I thought I would never want another! my second c-section was SOOO easy. I was up and walking as soon as most of the numbness went away (about 6 hours after she was born) and I only had pain meds once cause my spinal started wearing off on my stomach and so they gave me morphine lol. other than that I just get the occasional headache from the spinal. but I'm now 8 days pp and you would of never guessed that I just had surgery cause I feel totally fine and my incision healed 900x better this time.
