Safe Sleep training today!🎈
☔️20% of all SIDS death occur in a childcare and of that, 1/3 occur in the first week, half on the first DAY!! Whoa!!!
Why? Children who cannot lift themselves or turn over are placed on their tummy instead of back to sleep!
Death can also occur to over bundling of infants who cannot regulate their own body temperature in early stages of life. They overheat.
💭Smoking during pregnancy or around baby increases the risk significantly due to its affects on baby's lungs, among other things.
❤️Babies need to be laid on their backs with no bulky blankets, pillows, or toys that can be pulled up over faces. If using a light blanket, tuck it into the foot and sides of the crib and don't let it come above the chest! ❤️
🍥If the infant is strong enough to turn over, they can remain in whatever position they adopt. 🍥
💟Sleepers are a good idea to prevent suffocation while providing warmth, but check baby to ensure they arn't going to become too hot in it. Use breathable fabrics. Baby should wear no more than one more layer than what you are wearing💟
Simply maintaining a good house temperature is the easiest way to keep baby comfortable without over-bundling or making them wear too many layers. 🎀Excess heat releases from the head so no hats while sleeping!🎀

Just been given one of these.. Is this a sleep sack thingy that baby can sleep in without blankets or anything ??

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
