so I have been drinking mothers milk Tea and I don't no if my body got use to it or what but I am back down to only getting about 1 oz. Out of each breast again. I absolutely hate supplementing!! if any of you ladies have had this problem please tell me what you did to get your milk back up!!! I need fast and effective! 😕

Check out lactation creations she does amazing recipes and from what i hear from my other mommy friends they work!
eating Lactation cookies helped me a lot. Google recipes and tweek it however u like, but the main in the cookies that help milk supply increase are oatmeal, flax seed meal and brewers yeast
That's not very good advice. Your baby will always pull more milk from the breast then a pump. A pump is NEVER an indication of milk supply. And if you're not pumping as much as your baby would eat your supply will go down because milk production is supply and demand of yor pump isn't draining your breast like your baby would it'll trigger that you don't need as much milk and not make as much. Not good. Some babies don't gain much weight in the beginning or very fast. I would nurse on demand. Meaning if your little wants to nurse for a straight hour you let her. Cause that's what will up your milk supply more then anything else
I was pumping and nursing but this last week I was told to just pump Cuz my son wasn't gaining enough weight so they want to see how much he is eating. I pump every 2-3 hours.
Fenugreek pills for sure! Also lots of oatmeal, fruit smoothies, and Gatorade!
