My body has housed six lives.

My body has survived two miscarriages, rape, molestation, emergency surgery, countless illnesses and an abusive passed.

My body has birthed three tiny humans.

My body will birth one more.

My body is marked, freckled, flawed, scarred, stretched and well used.

My body is perfect as it is right in this moment, it's gotten me to this moment and I love it for doing so.

I see so many women complain about the marks of life, or act like the have avoided some great awful horror by escaping them in pregnancy. Every mark is a sign you have lived. Every day that body houses your soul and for months can grow and house a new life. Every single body is a good body. A beautiful body.
