Forgot to add to my previous post... apparently i had a subchronic hematoma which caused my spotting last week. so no lifting at work and no sex till my appointment on July 24th. But since i havent had any bleeding or pain since that day it should he going away. I plan to stay positive and looking forward to the next appt.
