My husband and I took folic acid while trying for a baby. We got pregnant the first week we tried! Also don't let your husband drink any yellow sodas. Like Mt. Dew because the food coloring in it kills sperm cells lol also no hot baths for him or tight fitting clothing...there's a lot of things to avoid while trying for a baby.

Sending prayers and baby dust your way! It took us trying everything from pressed, ovulation apps to track, to tracking with ovulation sticks, i had gotten a cold and was taking mucinex and wound up pregnant. Took us a year to get this far but it happened! Your time too will come!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
