Cramping random contractions that come and go and horrible back pain since Thursday I am miserable and I can't wait till my apt on Tuesday is bad lower abdomen cramping a sign of labor

I am cramping so bad, it's like period cramps times 10!!!! I wanna cry. what's happening
So I thought I was starting my period. I woke up this morning with tiny cramps nothing major. I then had to use the bathroom and I was spotting. It has since went away and I hope it stay away. My last period was Dec. 28 and I should've came on Jan. 25th but nothing.
