I NEED FEEDBACK: So I remember seeing post on her before about men handling the ups and downs of pregnancy different then women. Well I finally talked to my husband today and long story short he said he is very emotional right now and he can't figure out why. Cause it's literally been since I was pregnant he's been an asshole. Now he has 3 other kids by two different girls (don't judge). Those relationships where so rocky that he wasn't "there" mentally through the pregnancies. So I get that this is the first time he's been 100% invested in a pregnant woman. But shit! He's not carrying a baby, he's not going to physical changes, he's supposed to be supportive! I just don't see what makes men flip out when a woman is pregnant. My daughter biological went south when I was pregnant with her, my husband is not that kind of guy but after talking today he's legit scared! It's just baffling and a little disappointing because I expected him to be ready for this. I know he's grown as a man a lot since his other kids were born, I believe he is better it's just this set him back.

I know exactly how you feel. Men don't understand how much me go through and act like its the end of the world when we're the ones dealing with all the "real" changes. No support is given or comfort and that is really important when carrying a baby

@mommy3, and he had the nerve to say he needs to be comforted! Like its 9 months of sacrifice for the both of us! He knows I've been sick, sleepy, pissy, and achey since day one!

@thencomesbabyj, That sounds like something most men would say. They just don't get it. You would think men were tough as stones and could deal with anything but sometimes they get more emotional or bitchy than us women. I don't get that at all

@mommy3, yes! And I seen my dad do these kinds of things my whole life! I guess it's just the realization that my husband won't be any different. Women are truly stronger and built different. But I get frustrated because I don't have the energy to be strong for the both of us every day!

@thencomesbabyj, I know what you mean. It's not easy trying to hold things together on your own. It's not a woman's job to make a man be a man and a man shouldn't make a woman work more than him through anything. Its ok to be tough together and work as a team, but to single a woman out and make her feel less of her self in such a fragile state is just wrong and selfish. Men think they know it all or what's best but I dont feel that applies to women because if it did we would have better relationships with them
