Im 26 weeks and 3 days. I've been.being really active. but I'm going to have to cut down due to my body pain. I have been.hurting a lot more lately. I just wanna relax and sleep and shop when.I can for my baby girl: )
36 (37th on Tuesday) a lot of b hicks back and tail bone pains my legs feel like 10 lb weights are on them and my feet feel like their on fire.. but I'm doing good.. lol night time = Ross and turn time 🙈🙈
I'm 34 weeks and I stand 7-5 pm five days a week cleaning my classroom. This is my last week. I also do an hour of yoga everyday, and walk for hours when I'm not working! 😜 hopefully labor will be quick and easy. Only pains I'm starting to have this week is in my ankles
Yeah, like they say you should continue to work out and if u do, you will have an easier labor. I dunno though, I don't want to hurt myself. I stand all day at work so there's a lot of pressure in my pubic area.
I'm 23 weeks too and damn it's hard for me to walk and everything too!! But I have a 11 month old who gives me no breaks :( I don't know what to do about it I feel like I'm doing too much for my own good 😓
Im 28 weeks (29 tuesday) and i workout 4 days a week for 20-30 minutes its the only thing that helps my energy level and moodiness i need better shoes for walking though lemme tell ya, my feet swell so bad its crazy.
