so my baby umbilical cord is still attached of course but I went to go to change her and on the inside of her onesie is blood clearly is from her umbilical cord it's not a lot of blood its just like spots of blood should I be concerned or what I checked her umbilical cord and everything looks fine it's a little red but not to red so what should I do
