Wait until her stump falls out it'll be a few weeks...until then just wash ups...I had a boy so I had to wait for the stump and circumcision bell to fall off but I bath my son every other day

as soon as my sons cord fell off I started bathing him. now he gets a bath or shower with me every night or every other night.

As Long as the umbilical cord stump isn't submerged in water you can give a bath at any time. And my son had a circumcision but he got the plastibell and was able to have a bath with that as well. Once a week until they start crawling around is ok. They don't get very dirty until they start moving
