Great way to start a weekend... DCF knocking at my door... My ex husband (who physically, mentally and emotionally abused me for years... and now owes me $64k in back child support) falsely reported me of doing ecstasy, zan (not sure how to spell it cause I have no clue what it is), and other hard drugs... now reported that I smoked marijuana with my 15 year old son! I know food and well I have more sense than that. I refused to take a drug test.. why??? because I am purposefully keeping the case open so my ignorant ex continues to falsely report more things about me so that dcf will investigate his false claims so HE goes to jail. This WILL backfire in his face.. God doesn't like ugly and he is definitely that. Sick of deadbeat dads... my kids are 20, 19 & 15 now...so he is pissed that he still has to pay for the years he never did! LOSER TO THE MAX!
I am so blessed to be with a man now that isn't an idiot!

I have a kind of stupid question - can they take it as you are guilty if you refuse? I have no idea and am just wondering.

@danamarie, - they could.. however, my intent is to keep the case open so that my ex continues to call in false accusations. Per the case worker, it's the only way the will be able to trace back to who has been making the false accusations and they will pursue a case against them as harassment. If I take the test, it will come out negative and BOOM, they close the case. My ex, at any point can call in a new case at any time. DCF has no clue what is truly going on in a home, therefore EVERY case is treated as guilty until proven innocent. I have had it with my ex... his mom called DCF on me when I took my 3 kids from Texas like a thief in the night back in 2004 & moved to Florida to keep my children and I safe.

Holy lord that is horrible. Guilty until proven innocent? That's just wrong. SMH. Good luck I hope you can get rid of the negativity out of your life!!

@danamarie, - In my case, it's wrong (my ex is just a bitter, spiteful, non God fearing BOY).. but there are many legitimate cases. I am not mad with DCF...I am about to get even with the ex. The state of Florida can actually legally pursue him if he continues. What is so sad about all of this...he hasn't been there for my kids and doesn't bother trying to have a relationship with my son. SMH

@danamarie, - thank you. I have the man upstairs on my side and I KNOW I haven't done anything wrong. So, I know it will get better. I just had to vent somewhere cause I have too many co-workers and judgemental friends in FB to vent there. lmao! Congrats on your pregnancy btw! Have a blessed weekend!
