what can I do to prevent stretch marks I saw one yesterday on my hip and freaked outttt!! HELP

It's honestly genetic so whatever you get is what you get. But I use coco butter to help slow down the process and I know coconut oil is really good to

I'm terrified of them also! I respect women who can embrace them, but NOT ME. 🙈. I've been using this the whole pregnancy and I have one little mark on my hip that is about a quarter of an inch long. Hopefully that's it! My mom and grandma (moms mom) both got stretch marks, and I hear they are genetic, but, hopefully if they are this oil is stopping them in their tracks! Haha.

@leesaja, you can get at BuyBuyBaby I know for sure, and I got my at Destination Maternity (in the mall.) because they had a good coupon at the time. I would just look up where "Mama Mio" can be purchased and then see if that store has a coupon 😊

I used palmers coco butter for stretch marks with the pregnant lady on the front and BioOil. I never got any stretch marks at all, but like the FP said, they're usually genetic.

my mom didn't get them or grandma but I scar easily and am a darker skin tone so I don't really feel like that applies to me but thanks I hope I end up like you @arielle

@mariaelie, oh okay well good! That's what I used and a little prayer and my baby is almost 9 weeks and not one mark! Lol I bet you'll be smooth the whole time, no worries

I also just started praying for that but my mom said I'm being ungreatful @arielle but thanks love your definitely blessed in more ways then 1
