I feel it everytime my son cries or its time for him to eat

it kinda hurts

I feed my son and I'll feel it sort of be empty and out of nowhere it just floods right in

yea same here sometimes I have to put pressure on the opposite side that he's feeding on because I can feel the let down & it hurts

Yes I felt it as well when I was breastfeeding. I didn't like that feeling as well.. Lol but I think over time you just get use to it
