Since June 6th my feet have been swollen. Literally no time from then til now have they gone down. I know that swollen feet are normal, but is there ANYTHING I can do to make them go down? Cus keeping them elevated is not working.

Keep them elevated above your heart and regularly ice them. Stay off them and watch your salt intake, get your blood pressure checked asap!

I tried everything, I went to get a professional foot massage 2times in my pregnancy, and my husband massaged so many times it helps temporary but doesn't go away, I was almost 180lb half of that was me being swollen face and from waist down. I did get high blood pressure at 33 weeks and preclampsia.
