My AF level was at 5 but I now have to go twice a week right now because it's been up and down so much, I have loss 10 pounds in a month but baby is okay and I am eating so they think it's because all I drink is water and I don't have those extra calories 👌🏻 i was having some contractions so they laid me on my side and they got worse so we have come to realize I can't lay on my side I have to lay on my back 😳
