ZOFRAN ALERT.. why is it still given if this is still being shown on tv? is it bad or not? just…

@blessedw7, i take it now because if i dont i end up in hospital for severe dehydration because i get so sick my doc said it was fine i do know however that there is a recall on a certain dosage..

my coworker told me her cousin took it and the baby ended up with a mental disability, so just speak to your doctor and go with your gut and do what's best for you and your baby

My doctor told me it's just some ass who wants to get money. She said obviously f you get 1,000 woman in a room together who have taken and said who had a birth defect there will be at least one. Even if the defect isn't because of the zofran. But since she was in zofran and the birth defect dos happen there is a case. So that's why it made me feel better about it because birth defects can happen even if you were the healthiest best mom while pregnant you know?

I was prescribed it too but decided to stop once I read that it's used for chemotherapy side effects-figured it's a higher dosage than what they give preggos but I wanted to be safe. Just a personal preference though-There will always be someone trying to sue for something! My doctor also changed my script to dicglesis instead of the zofran eventually because of my concern.
