I think that really all depends on the apartment. I pay heat, electric, rent and internet. We dont have cable tv because we have Netflix and hulu which use internet and only about $9 a month each(netflix and hulu). Some places include utilities like heat into the rent already. and honoslty the smaller the apartment the less electric and heat will be

keep in mind I live in Minnesota and I have an apartment where it is based on income but total I probably pay $570 a month

your welcome, like I said though my rent is based on income because normally our apartment would go for $800. When you are searching keep your rent price in mind and also look for if any utilities are includes

Some apartments have heat/electric included but some dont. I pay $625 for a one bedroom, and electric which usually come out to $20-$50 a month. no internet, or cable. We use our hot spot on the phone for the computer. just try not to get unnecessary bills like cable, Internet, ect unless you can afford them.

It really depends what area & if any utilities come paid. Usually for apartments, trash & water are included in the rent or at least trash. I have to pay electric, gas, trash & water all separate besides rent which are utilities but also pay for cable which comes with internet, cell phones, insurance for both car & home, car payment & and of course groceries lol. I know I'm forgetting something lol. Def look into checking to see if utilities are included, it can help a lot!!!
