I was doing so much to get labor Jump started. I went to L&D with contractions and they told me the best thing to do is to relax as much as possible. They gave me benadryl to sleep and I went into labor the next morning.

Girl you better get the walking lol ! I was literally four days away from my duty with no signs of contractions I took two walks around my neighborhood and the second one I kind a walked a little faster , but that shit did the trick lol but every ones different
