Well I'm in active labor but still dilated at a 3&1/2 and they won't keep me until I'm at a 5.. Contractions are 7 to 8 mins apart.. Come on baby boy..!

Relax! 😀That's key! Don't stress! Rest, breathe, be still, focus. (Have an orgasm or kiss your significant other; those hormones help a lot! But dilation is not the best indicator... It can go fast from here or very slow.
