Does anyone keep a pregnancy journal? I purchased a little journal but I'm afraid to write in it…

I have and I wrote how I felt weekly. It's a roller coaster but it's what you're experiencing

I try and write to my baby girl every week. for when she gets older and she can read them. :)

That's a great idea to do it on a weekly basis @calaboss and @summerrae It'll give me enough time to reflect and put meaningful thoughts into it. I feel like my emotions have been a haute mess lately lol

@nickysmom89, I did it . And I can't wait to let me oldest read it I. just to know whatn I was thinking and feeling. ya mine's a hot mess too but hey that's pregnancy ;D

I write how I feel emotionally and physically. and how my body has changed each week. If it's a girl then she has something to look at when she's pregnant and going through it.
