I went to my ob and they said I'm definitely dehydrated and I need to take a 2nd iron pill a day because I'm very anemic and my blood pressure was 112 over 60. and for me to rest as much of possible and drink pedialyte and I need more protein.
my symptoms are
lightheaded, rapid heartbeat, seeing floaters, vision that keeps getting dim, I've been getting Charlie horses at night time in my right calf, nausea, every time I'm standing or walking around it gers so bad I can't take it and have to lay down. :/
I knew something was wrong, if you feel like something is wrong definitely go with your instincts!

Yes I'm very low in iron too I started taking a second iron pill because the iron in prenatals weren't enough

I take my prenatal plus 2 iron pills 1 at night and 1 in the morning @expecting2015

@boymama, I was just naming everything that was said at my appointment. I didn't say if my blood pressure was high or low and I named my symptoms under that

I'm in the same boat. Only my anemia is chronic and I get IV therapy now twice a week because my body doesn't absorb iron or protein properly. I also have to give myself shots twice a day to thin my blood. Four more weeks for me!

I just got my prescription from my doctor to :( I have to take my prenatal and 2 iron pills a day as well :( I don't understand the whole low on iron thing :/ but she wanted me to eat more protein and all...

and I want ice all day long I go threw one of those big bags of ice a week. that's associated with anemia too.
